The Story
A second hand numbered limited drop. Gingerbread spice infused into our ultra smooth base spirit: cinnamon, clove, star anise and a whisper of dark sugar. Built for cold nights and quiet rooms. When the 150 bottles are gone, this chapter closes too.
Spiced and warming, yet built as a true infusion rather than a liqueur, with no cream and no syrupy weight. Dairy free, gluten free and vegan friendly, it stays light on the palate even at its most indulgent.

What it tastes like.
Warm gingerbread, cinnamon, clove and baked brown sugar on the nose; spiced and rounded on the palate with ginger heat, soft molasses and a faint orange peel lift; long warming finish with a dry spice tail.

40ml Gingerbread · 120ml hot cloudy apple juice · cinnamon stick · star anise · orange wheel.
Spiced espresso martini
40ml Gingerbread · 25ml fresh espresso · 10ml coffee liqueur · shake hard, strain, dust with cinnamon.
