The Story
One year of AK Distillery, marked in glass. New Zealand manuka honey and Persian saffron infused into our smoothest base spirit, then rested cold until the colour reads as deep amber. Only 10 bottles exist. Each one is hand numbered, anniversary marked and will never be produced again.
Built as a true infused spirit rather than a liqueur, with no cream and no syrup-thick body. Naturally dairy free, gluten free and vegan friendly. Marked with the anniversary seal so every bottle is traceable to this single ten bottle release.

What it tastes like.
Warm manuka honey and Persian saffron, candied orange peel, a whisper of beeswax. Rounded and lightly sweet on the palate with soft floral spice. Long golden silky finish.

Pour 40ml into a small tulip glass. No ice, no mixer. Let the honey and saffron open up.
Golden hour
30ml Anniversary · 15ml fresh lemon · top with chilled Champagne in a flute. Saffron thread garnish.
Honey toddy
30ml Anniversary stirred into a small cup of hot water with a slice of lemon. A quiet nightcap.
