These terms apply to your use of the AK Distillery website (akdistillery.co.uk) and to any orders you place with us. By using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

AK Distillery Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, based at Cabin 7 · Stalybridge Storages, Binns Street, Stalybridge, SK15 1FF. Contact: akdistilleryltd@gmail.com.

Age restriction

Our products contain alcohol. You must be 18 or over to use this site, sign up to our newsletter, or buy our spirits. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Orders and payments

Orders are placed through our online shop on SumUp. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm dispatch. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the seal is intact and the bottle is unopened. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded — please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos and bottle imagery — is owned by or licensed to AK Distillery Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

Events and bar hire

Bookings for tastings, private events and mobile bar hire are subject to a separate booking confirmation, deposit terms, and liability cover detailed at the point of enquiry.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
